January is always a good time to give your team some refresher HACCP training

We recommend all staff read through your HACCP procedures (Food Safety Management System – HACCP Policy)  as a refresher.

Ensure that you are completing your food safety records everyday:

  • Opening checks
  • Fridge & Freezer Temperatures at the start and end of each day
  • Core cooking temperatures
  • Cooling times and temperatures
  • Cleaning checks
  • Closing Checks
